Seac Basic HD are high ankle diving boots, 5mm thick neoprene make them ideal for cooler waters. They have a semi-rigid anti-slip sole. A side closure with stainless ZIP and velcro strap make them easy to wear. There is a rigid rubber notch on the heel to hold the strap of the fins securely.
